A consumerologist at heart, Adip has studied consumers for 25 plus years - both
as a marketer as well as from the agency perspective, across a wide cross section
of products and services. From local to international and mass market to super luxury,
he has held various positions like Brand Manager, Market Development Manager, Business
Head and Strategic Planning Head.
His last assignment, prior to setting up Doing Think with Shanta, was - Global planning
head for Unilever detergents at JWT.

He has spent more than four decades in the Marketing and Advertising fields, in
India and overseas. His experience across multiple product categories, with large
MNC’s as well as medium scale enterprises, provides him with unique perspectives
on Businesses and Brands. He has been Brand Manager, Sales Manager, Strategy Planner,
Global Business Director as well as Creative Director.
Before founding DoingThink with Adip, Shanta was Chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi
India.
