The schools prided themselves on their unique child centric experiential curriculum.
In order to grow it would need to franchise schools, as self-funding all was not possible. However franchise schools ran the risk of not completely delivering the curriculum and experience
Hence a tussle between school seen as a revenue model or as a child centric service model.
Using our proprietary Brand Purposing model helped create the long term dream for the brand; the ladder of attributes that that defines the organization; the beliefs it holds – its business focus that what drives it daily. And the 100 day plan to make the programme actionable and accountable.
